This inaugural investment vehicle represents in part our commitment to the City of St. Louis, and is our vote of confidence that the city can return to greatness, thrive again and be the proud home to innovative and creative businesses and residents who choose to live and work here. The vehicle is seeking investor commitments totaling $50 million, which, with conservative leverage, should allow us to deploy almost $150 million into the local economy.
